The popular Scallion now comes in a handsome new color: olive drab. Like the rest of the Scallion family, it has 2 1/4-inch blade that makes it the ideal size for easy, lightweight pocket carry. The popular Blur -- now in Olive Drab
If you don't yet own a Kershaw Blur, it's probably because you've just never had your hands on one. Because once you do, you'll see why the Blur has remained one of our most popular knives for so many years. It starts with the big, slightly recurved blade. The shape is ideal for multitasking and offers both excellent slicing and piercing capabilities.
The olive drab Blur's 14C28N high-performance stainless-steel blade is DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated for additional wear and corrosion resistance. DLC is hard, non-reflective, and just plain looks good.
In this Blur, the black DLC coating is matched with black Trac-Tec grip-tape handle inserts for an extremely solid grip. The handle itself is durable 6061-T6 anodized aluminum, sometimes described as “aircraft aluminum' since it is a common material used for aircraft fittings. But the main point is that it's lightweight, extremely durable, and - when anodized - accepts a dye so we can create colored handles that are scratch resistant and extra tough. For easy one-handed opening, the Blur is equipped with SpeedSafe® assisted opening. The pocketclip is reversible for your choice of tip-up or tip-down carry. There's even a pre-drilled lanyard hole.

A premium Blur with S30V blade steel
Take a step up in the world of Kershaw Blurs with the S30V Blur.
The star attraction is a blade of S30V powdered stainless steel. Powdered steel is more dense and fine-grained, enabling it to take and hold an extremely fine edge for a longer period of time. It was specifically designed by Crucible as a blade steel and exhibits excellent toughness, wear resistance and hardness. Like all Blurs, the S30V Blur has a slightly recurved blade that's ideal for multitasking, providing top slicing and piercing capabilities. The S30V Blur has a stonewashed finish for a roughed-up, non-reflective look.
The premium blade is paired with an anodized aircraft aluminum handle that's machined to accept Trac-Tec grip-tape inserts. Together, they provide a solid grip in just about any environmental conditions. The anodizing process not only enables the aluminum to accept a dye so we can produce color handles, but it actually strengthens the aluminum, making this one tough knife. Both handle and Trac-Tec are in basic black for basic good looks.
The S30V Blur is equipped with SpeedSafe® assisted opening for fast and easy one-handed opening. The pocketclip is reversible for your choice of tip-up or tip-down carry. Handle is drilled to accept a lanyard.

Take on the tough tasks with this tactically styled Blur
The Tanto Blur offers all the great grip advantages of the other Blurs on the force, but this one offers tactical styling with a modified tanto blade with partial serration.
With its angled shape, the tanto blade provides additional piercing power to penetrate tough materials. The unique shape puts more steel behind the point to support its piercing tasks. We've also found that the short front edge is particularly handy for opening boxes. For razor sharpness, Kershaw hollow grinds the edge. Then for additional versatility, Kershaw added partial serration to the blade, giving you a great tool for cutting through materials such as webbing or rope.
All this makes the Tanto Blur a good choice for situations in which you're going to need to make an impact on your environment. In an emergency, could be a real lifesaver. The Tanto Blur's blade is built of high-performance Sandvik 14C28N stainless blade steel for corrosion resistance and hardness. This is our latest and greatest Zing - the newest iteration of our popular “first generation' Zings designed by RJ Martin.

The Knockout Packs an even Bigger Punch in Olive & Black
The original Knockout continues to deliver knockout good looks and top performance. But now we've kicked it up a notch with an olive-green handle and black DLC-coated blade.
The new olive-and-black Knockout still has its namesake “knocked out' section in the handle. This knocked-out piece in the anodized aluminum frame is replaced with a stainless-steel plate to form our sub-frame lock. This steel plate moves behind the knife blade to lock it open safely and securely. Yet because only part of the knife handle or frame is steel, the Knockout can maintain a lighter fighting weight and still provide a strong lock. The result is a knife that's big, yet lightweight enough to carry every day.
The blade is a modified drop point in high-performance Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel with matte black DLC coating. The steel offers excellent corrosion resistance and hardenability, while the coating protects the blade and enhances performance.
