The follow-up to the Black Bird ML5 is the Black Bird S35VN. The biggest differences here are steel choice, the ML5 was made with 420HCSS whereas this option has S35VN steel construction. Staying with the micarta handle material, the color choice has changed for this
knife, moving to a more tactical look with black scales. Nylon sheath is MOLLE compatible.
